Marvin provided excellent customer service. He answered all of our question and had us try several mattresses in different sleep position. We bought a mattress and are happy.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They do not care that they sell bad mattresses. If something goes wrong like the mattress caves in, forget them helping you. I'll NEVER buy another mattress there.
