Hospice & Community Care is a nonprofit organization that provides care services to terminally ill persons. It has been providing support to families since 1985. The center provides physical, emotional, social and spiritual care for terminally ill patients and their families. Hospice & Community Care is licensed and is certified to offer Medicare and Medicaid services. The center is governed by more than 10 members of board of directors.
