A need was seen to help house Seniors in a much smaller high-end setting with the best Caregiver to Resident Ratios in the Senior Industry in beautiful South Charlotte Residential Homes.SpecialtiesWe are a licensed Family Care Home in Mecklenburg County. We are able to house Seniors (much like an Assisted Living Community) that need some basic or even more personal care. Our home is approximately 3,600 square feet with 5 Bedrooms and 4 Bathrooms. We are located in South Charlotte in the Lansdowne Community directly across, and within sight of, the playground and ball field of Lansdowne Elementary off of Providence Road. This beautiful ranch home has been updated with state of the art appliances, has 40 and 50 inch HDTV's in all rooms and has a 100% Cedar Pergola on the Back Deck.
