In addition, I served as a clinical investigator for several clinical trials in Daytona Beach from 2012 to 2016. I have two grown children - a daughter, Victoria Britt, who's a Physician Assistant with Novant Health Waughtown, and a son, Ernie Britt, who works for the Color of Change PAC. My two grandchildren keep me busy when I'm not in the office. I enjoy reading - particularly about geopolitics, singing, doing Zumba and being an active member of both the Winston-Salem Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta and my church, Winston-Salem First.
