M Power Fit Life is formerly House Of Fit. We empower people from the mental to physical wellness. We wanted our name to reflect what we do. Our company was birthed from over 23 years of experience in the medical, health and fitness field.. We are an Armed Forces veteran owned and operated company building and growing on trust, integrity and results.

M Power Fit Life is a fitness lifestyle semi private Fitness training and group fitness studio. We offer 1 on 1 personal training, buddy and small group (3-6 people) training. We also offer group fitness, boot camps and corporate wellness programs. We believe fitness is not a challenge it's a lifestyle. During your consultation we will discuss how we customize and work with you to help you reach your goals and maintain them. All personal training services include custom eating plans to help you reach your goals. We also now offer grocery shopping tours and cooking classes so you are equipped to succeed in crushing your goals. We work with all fitness levels, from the beginner to advance. We have exclusive programs for competition and pageant clients as well as pre/postnatal and obese clients. Your health and fitness is our business if you give us your effort we can help you with the rest. We believe in the power of you.
