We went to Lugano a few months back with my parents, in-laws, and baby girl and had a great experience! Lugano is fairly upscale, but still laid back. We went around 4pm, so it was not busy yet....

Biaggi's Ristorante Italiano is an upscale restaurant that operates more than 15 restaurants in Colorado, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Minnesota, Nebraska, New York, North Carolina, Utah and Wisconsin.
