Longwave Yoga Studio offers yoga for beginners to experienced practitioners. We offer Vinyasa, Jivamukti, Core, Power, Yin & Yang, Gentle Beginner, Restorative, and Kids yoga. In addition to our studio classes, workshops, and teacher trainings, try taking the practice beyond the four walls of the studio with our SUP Yoga, Beach Yoga, Surf & Yoga Workshops and Global Retreats!
