This business grew out of Liz's highly successful Executive Coaching Business, Dynamic Change, Inc that she owns with Peter Metzner. Liz has coached corporate executives and has also worked with many adolescents referred to her from local psychologists. Liz owns Avalon Horse Farm in Chapel Hill and is certified in Equine Assisted Growth and Learning and has led numerous workshops partnering people with horses to learn more about themselves and how others see them, resulting in a more productive, deeply meaningful life.
