Bravo! Usually I prepare to be a little disappointed with food truck food,not this time! This BBQ rivals some of Asheville's best sit-down restaurants and came out hot, well packaged, and fast! The truck is fun - bright yellow colors and enough shade so that you don't have to stand in the sun while you order or wait. As a BBQ aficionado I was very impressed and will absolutely be back for more!

Great BBQ, be it chicken, pork, brisket or ribs! The secret taste buds bonus item are the tacos. Looking at the sides, get the Mac and cheese and baked beans.
