History
My journey into coaching stemmed out of my professional experience in service-oriented, social justice and non-profit work, as well as from my love of learning and commitment to continual personal and spiritual growth. In 2011, I began my coaching practice after graduating from the Co-Active Training Institute's 12-month Coaching Certification Program - which is recognized as the most rigorous program in the industry and has set the standard for quality, global recognition, college equivalence and scientific efficacy. In my love of this work, I've cultivated my skills through additional trainings.
