Great little yoga studio with excellent instructors and classes. I attended their foundations class once on a Saturday morning. Kassy did great at guiding the whole class throughout the lesson....

We are a slightly different yoga studio. We are more than just a place to exercise. In our upstairs studio, and in our downstairs community room we want you to feel welcome; always. Something amazing happens when people breath, flow, sweat, and laugh together. Energy is created when our bodies are in motion. That energy can also be found in our downstairs community space where you can make new friends, or connect with old ones. We offer coffee, espresso, lattes, tea, Kombucha, Prosecco, beer and wine.

Wonderful staff and teachers, very welcoming, kind and friendly. As soon as you walk in the door, you know you're "home." Also enjoy a cup of tea, cappuccino from their Jura machine or coffee....
