Had an issue with the new glasses. Took them back and Jr resolved every issue quickly and helpfully. I will do business with LensCrafters at Crabtree Valley Mall again. Great service.

I went to Lenscrafters after doing an eye exam at the facility next door. I was attended to after a small wait (all employees were busy). I know because of C-19 some businesses have had to change...
