Facilitating the growth and development of healthy relationships for children, adolescents and families across the lifespan has been the focus of my work in pk-12 schools and at the collegiate/university level. I enjoy giving back, helping families find connection in times of disconnection, and I look forward to serving with the team at Weaver Crossing. I chose to become a physician so I could help children of all ages and provide guidance for families. I always knew I wanted to work with children, so when I decided on a career in medicine, pediatrics seemed like the perfect fit. I believe it is important to start young teaching healthy habits, like introducing fruits and vegetables and lots of active play. I work together with families to make a plan so their children can stay healthy. When I am not working, I like to read, cook, ride bikes and spend time with family.
