Leadership Triangle

Leadership Triangle is a non-profit organization established in 1992 that aims to educate and promote collaboration among the separate communities of the Triangle region in Durham, NC. Through their regional and leadership development classes, seminars, and awards, they groom and identify future leaders, study regional issues, and serve as a clearinghouse of information for the Triangle. With over 1000 Goodmon Fellow Alumni across the Triangle, Leadership Triangle has become a leading entity in the region, ensuring the highest quality of life for the Triangle as it moves into the 21st century.

Graduates of Leadership Triangle's programs, known as Goodmon Fellows, attribute their positive impact in the Triangle community to their participation in the organization. With great clarity in their purpose and values as leaders, they are better equipped to excel in their roles. The transformative leadership programs offered by Leadership Triangle provide a comprehensive and immersive experience that includes 360 assessments, peer coaching, in-course instruction, small group learning, and out-of-class assignments. The organization also offers an executive program for C-level executives and their spouses or partners, providing them with the opportunity to learn from experienced top executives and community leaders, and understand their greater responsibility to the region and their potential impact on the community and company culture.
