Lawrence Joel Veterans Memorial Coliseum

Joel Coliseum Complex, established in 1989, is located in Winston Salem, N.C. It organizes events, such as basketball, concerts, family shows, tennis, rodeo, dinners and conventions. It offers a variety of seating and stage options for various types of performances, including endstage, basketball, open floor, bowman gray stadium and ernie shore field. The concession stands offers hot dogs, French fries, ice cream, popcorn and candy. The coliseum annex hosts public ice skating events, concerts, basketball tournaments and trade shows. Its backstage offices features press rooms, production offices and general meeting rooms. The meeting rooms are used for banquets, conferences, meetings, proms, wedding receptions, and family and class reunions. The coliseum is accessible to the handicapped and has parking for more than 5,000 vehicles. Its theater is located inside the arena, and is a mid-sized facility for artists.
