Formerly Liberty Rentals, El Arriero Colombian Restaurant (near Luigi's Italian Restaurant on Yadkin Road) offers a laid-back atmosphere in which to enjoy an array of Latin dishes. A variety of Columbian foods and daily specials are served here, and specialties include grilled steak with sweet plantains and arepas. Some dishes are even made tableside. Upon entrance, the restaurant also has a small selection of convenience-store items to choose from, like snack food and cold drinks, as well as a selection of cakes presented in a glass display case.

The restaurant is located at the far left corner of the strip. Great food but takes awhile for it to come out, it's worth the wait because you can tell it is fresh. Music was too loud though.
