We do offer limited botox. As of November 1, 2008 we are relocating to 20808 North Main Street, NC 28031 Cornelius We are excited about enlarging our offices in order to serve our patients better. We will continue to accept new patients. We do accept most insurance however, we do not accept Medicaid.
