I would rate this 3 1/2 stars. The front desk person could be friendlier. The technicians are very good. The wait time wasn't extreme. The quick results are what I like.

customer service sucks. You can't take 3 minutes to answer the phone so I can get my drug test done? A drug test I've already paid for? Answer. The. Phone. Care quality = trash.
