Front desk staff very cordial on check in. Lobby area was very clean. One elevator was out of service, the other worked fine. Ice machine near the lobby worked and there was also 5 vending...

Came to Raleigh for a wedding. This hotel was the most reasonable in price. There were 4 other hotels on the same street. This one appears to be the lower end of them. Staff was very friendly....

Be aware - stay away. The absolute worst place. Had to get a key reissued. No one at front desk for 30 minutes and counting. Three other couples waiting to be checked in. The place is dirty....
