Incredibly disappointing experience and very unprofessional. My husband chose this business based on a recommendation. He had several vests that he had taken in to have altered back in mid-May....

I took a dress there to be altered a month before I needed it. They told me they would take out some pleats and then call me to figure out next steps. Never received a call. I called them a week...
