The store I'm in is listed as KFC yet the awning says "lotto" and "cold beverage" among other things. Certainly not a corporate, but just as interesting. Maybe this is a franchise? Oh well.

I wouldn't call it special or anything. Just a normal KFC. I've never really had any problems there compared to the places around it. That alone makes it worth a 4th star in my opinion....
