Man this place is slow!!! I don't understand why they're so slow, it's chicken!!!!! How hard can it be to put chicken in a box?? Speed up and check orders for accuracy then I may be able to give...

Sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes just for a smash potato bowl and a large mashed potato, very disappointed

Sitting in the drive thru for seven minutes so far. Haven't moved at all but there is an employee with a headset on smoking 20 feet from me.

I ordered a famous bowl fill up, it's supposed to come with chicken. Instead I got a bowl Of fried breading. You expect me to pay for my food, then I expect to receive chicken not fried breading.
