Very poor HoA Community member service. Can't get ahold of anyone during their business hours. Dues had gone up in January by $5 that I missed updating my auto draft. I don't find out from them...

Very poor HOA management service. You can never get through the phone to talk to anyone. They do not return emails either. We got a compliance letter several month ago for someone else's car...

This management company is not customer friendly at all. For some weird reason, you can't get to speak to a human. In that case, one can say they don't care about solving issues.
