My goal with patents is to have them walk away from our encounter with a better understanding of their bodies and an awareness of the treatment options available to meet their individual needs. I see the provider-patient relationship as a team effort working towards a common objective - improvement in quality of life for each patient.

I am a board-certified physician associate who joined UNC in July of 2022 when moving from Texas to North Carolina with my husband and three children. I have worked in the field of womens health since 2007. I truly love working in womens health. The trust placed in me by patients during some of the most intimate parts of their life whether involving sexual health, reproductive health or the transition into menopause is a privilege. I strive to give the care I would want my loved ones or myself to receive to all my patients as I believe an evidence-based and personal approach to patient care strengthens a patient-provider relationship.
