This would've been my first year working with Susan. I was recommend to use her by good friends I know here in NC. She took partial information back in December 2023 and has yet to reach back out....

Would not recommend, doesn't return phone calls and very hard, if not impossible, to get a hold of. Very unprofessional. I'd recommend someone else.
