We are an Organic Health Boutique and Juice/ Smoothie Bar. We serve 100% Organic, Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free, and Soy-free Smoothies, Power Bowls, Raw (freshly made to order) Juice and Superfood Shots such as wheatgrass, ginger, turmeric and E3live AFA. We also offer 'Grab & Go' options such as Sprout Salads, Kelp noodle bowls, Chicken Salad, Energy Balls, Breakfast bars and Dessert Fuel. We are continuing to build our menu! We also have a "Health Boutque" part of our store where we offer a variety of clean nutrient dense supplements, raw vegan proteins (sunwarrior), e3live fresh-frozen blue-green algaes, a stress reduction and energy supplement and a few organic snacks/food. We are big believers in the power of food and "food being thy medicine". Our mission is to provide "KEYS" to great health. We strive to provide our customers with tools to help them run towards greater health as efficiently and effectively as possible. We are a locally owned and operated brother-sister team based out of Raleigh, North Carolina. You will often see our Mom and Dad helping out!
