I went in to have some heels repaired as they were really worn out and they repaired it in a timely manner. I am very pleased with the results and will definitely be coming back with more shoes!

Claims 1 hour boot clean and shine; however, a week later boots still not done. Had to come back in the evening and the boots looked like someone spent barely 5 minutes on them and that's it....
