I completely understand why they are going out of business. Terrible customer service. They are selling/ liquidating their stock most of it is defective. They will not take it back or exchange it....

I go there a lot for sewing tools and supplies. Everyone there is very willing to help and kind. They used to be severely understaffed, however, it seems that they've hired many new people....

Visiting from out of town and stopped for some art and journaling supplies. Had an extremely limited selection compared to other Jo Ann stores I've been to. Very disappointed.
