Always FRESH FOOD the staff is always pleasant at this location the food always comes out in a timely manner. I recommend Jimmy Johns to any and everyone in this Matthews, North Carolina location...

Went here for lunch and the people working here were so unfriendly. No greeting, tried some basic chit chat...nothing. Wasn't surprised the tip jar was empty. The sandwiches were also not very good.
