Easy parking, quick service, wish there was a drive thru. Super friendly staff, super quick service. Was helpful with a glitch on the app and my sandwich was fantastic!

Just walked out of the JJ at Hanes mall. Music was way too loud. No one wants to eat with music that loud. Manager needs make changes. I love JJ. The other ones care about the customers.
