I waited over an hour for my sub. There are clearly issues at this franchise. The online orders back up the line. There was a lack of communication with customers. The restaurant seems understaffed.

Waited over an hour in store for my plain cheesesteak. simple meat and cheese. they did not have it ready for the hour long I waited in the store so I got a refund and left. if you value your time...

Dining room @ 2:30pm and every table is filthy! A bunch of staff working yet not one has bothered to wipe down a table.
