The food seemed ok! We eat there a couple times a month. But seemed a few new people in there and that's ok! But, the lady who works there is loud and always on here cell phone!! I'm not a fan...

Look at bread not acceptable and was dry. New employee needs training. Sub was dry and not good. Disappointed

Online was scheduled to be ready at 12:35. We arrived at said time and stood and didn't receive food until 40 minutes later.

The new shift manager John at Jersey Mike's is awesome It was very fast service and they were on time and they even offered us a free drink because of the wait which it was not a wait
