History
I have been a practicing massage therapist for over a decade, a yoga instructor for 20 years and a practicing herbalist for a decade (botanist of 30 years). I teach herbalism, yoga and massage at some of the premiere schools in the Asheville and WNC area and offer many private classes as well. I have been practicing massage and offering herbal education and apothecaries from this historic downtown location for 3 years. Please come see me for your holistic needs!
