The technician who came was unable to fix my problem, however the owner, Andy Jones, refunded the money for not being able to complete the work. Nice to know there are still good people in this world.

Don't do business with J&J Mechanical if you can help it. Guy came out, started working on our AC, left "to get a part from the office," never came back and never sent another tech! Office staff...
