Iredell County Sheriff's Department

The Iredell County Sheriff's Office is a law enforcement agency that provides services in Statesville and Mooresville, N.C. It maintains several units, such as patrol enforcement, criminal investigation, crime scene investigations, civil process, criminal warrant service, canine, lake enforcement, and vice and narcotics. In addition, Iredell County Sheriff's Office has special divisions for property and evidence, training, communications and community-oriented policing. The office has a Sheriff ss Emergency Response Team, which responds to hostage situations, barricaded criminals, high-risk warrant services, and situations that are beyond the capability of standard law enforcement agencies. It offers a variety of services, such as crime prevention, neighborhood watch, personal and home safety, crime reporting, identity theft and business crime prevention.
