From its beginning in Tarboro, N.C., Barnhill Contracting Company has expanded to include offices in Raleigh, Fayetteville, Rocky Mount, Elizabeth City, Kitty Hawk, Wilmington and Shallotte, N.C. The company employs approximately 50 people at its Raleigh office.
