I get that its the oldest ingles, but this one is generally depressing surrounded by homeless people and pan handlers.

WORST INGLES! The smell is horrible, staff is sad. Produce wilted and past the shelf life. Customers are targeted in store and out by unsavory characters. NOT safe. Dirty. Unmaintained. Nasty.
