Unable to get answers on my 2018 or 2019 returns. Have still not received my 2018 return. IRS are saying H&R Block didn't even file my taxes... so did they steal my return? Please read the...

I made less than $18k this year and was just charged $717 for tax prep and that was after a $100 discount. I will never use this company again.
