For shade it was the best. Deb was awesome, very friendly and accommodating! Laundry was super cheap. Front part of campground was very well maintained and clean. Backside, not so much!! Downside...

A tough one to review. The price is decent compared to other campgrounds (average about$48/night). It's an older park with 61 sites both back in and pull through but about 25% are full timers....
