Eastside Medical Center is a 45, 000 square foot medical office building located in Greenville's Eastside medical submarket, just blocks from Bon Secours' St. Francis Eastside Hospital and Greenville Hospital System's Patewood Campus. Brannen Edge and Bill Transou represented Flagship Capital Partners while Bucky Tarleton of Colliers-Keenan represented the seller, Hotzfam Trusts. Rob Vaughn of GrandBridge Real Estate Capital helped arrange financing through BB&T Real Estate Funding. The property was purchased under a joint venture agreement between Flagship Capital Partners, LLC of Charlotte, North Carolina and Alex. Brown Realty, Inc ( ABR ), of Baltimore, Maryland. ABR Chesapeake Fund III, a value-added real estate investment fund sponsored by ABR, provided an equity commitment of $1.6 million to the venture.
