HIPPO Insurance Store

I had this company a few years ago and they paid a claim. I cancelled because they increased premium. Signed up again and it has been a nightmare to get a refund so I can go with another company....

Do not get hippo insurance... this was the worst experience I've ever had.. they dropped my coverage, never told me and their excuse was we didn't receive payment... even though we had receipts....

Worst customer service/insurance company ever very unprofessional. Canceled me because they tried raising rates. Never go with this insurance is a scam.
