Worked and did not get paid OWES me over $1000.00 had to sign a contract that they would keep my pay if I quit and the NC Dept. of Labor said it was "INVALID" he refused to pay me

Hired to fix leak in roof. They added addition area they said needden repair at about double the original cost estimate. The roof leak was not repaired. It still linked in the exact same spot...

came and gave estimate and asked for two thirds down and i paid them with credit card and no contact for two months and i finally reversed my credit card- when you call you get answering service...
