Founded in 1963, Fletcher Machine designs, engineers, manufactures and markets a full line of woodworking machinery. The company also manufactures the individual parts for its machine products. Fletcher utilizes state-of-the-art CNC machining centers, computer- aided design software and computer integrated manufacturing systems in its manufacturing processes. The company s products include edgebanders, tenoners and D.E.T. s, trim-shape-sand systems, foilers and laminators, single-sided machines, diamond tooling and roto-belt sanding wheels. In addition, Fletcher offers scoring units, tennon units, trim and hogging units, shaping and jump-shaping units, router and jump router units, parallel-sanding units, proprietary profile sanding units, dado and jump dado units, flip-up and pop-up dogs and environmental enclosures. Fletcher Machine is headquartered in Lexington, N.C., and markets its machine parts and products throughout North America, Europe, Asia, Australia, South America and the Far East.

Since 1967, MAP Enterprises Inc. has been in the utility equipment business. Based in Burlington, N.C., the company is one of the major players in the utility equipment market. It is a member of the National Truck Equipment Association (NTEA). MAP Enterprises Inc. contracts a large amount of work involving transfer of existing equipment to a new chassis and rebuilding the hydraulic equipment complete with body repair and painting. It provides a full-service shop and is equipped to provide road services for general hydraulic repairs and di-electric testing.
