History

Hibachi Xpress started out as a Brick and Mortar restaurant based in Cary, NC back in 2001. In 2011 the Food Truck was launched as an extension of our catering business in addition to the restaurant. With the increasing success of the catering and food truck business, the restaurant was later closed down after 2013...Thus allowing for more opportunities with Catering and more Food Truck events. Hibachi Xpress Food Truck has become a nice popular unique option from your typical food truck....Look for more events and stops in the near future

We are a Japanese Hibachi Style Food Truck based out of Raleigh, North Carolina specializing in Teriyaki Chicken, Steak, Tofu and Vegetables with rice or noodles. Appetizers to include vegetable spring rolls, crab ran goons, Fried Ultimate Dumplings and Chicken Skewers...Menu varies by event so follow us for our location and menu offerings. Large selection of ice cold drinks are always available. We accept cash, American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover. Look for us at many triangle festivals, rodeos, rallies and Holiday Events. Private and Corporate functions are always welcomed.
