I'm a hertz member, booked my car in advance and showed up to a parking lot with no vehicles. Not a great way to end a long day of travel...get a new manager geeze

Just thought I'd note that since this rental experience I no longer use Hertz. I've had (7) paid rentals since this experience and I used Enterprise for all of them. SO glad I made the switch! :-)

This is the location I was told to call regarding a rental set up for me by State Farm. When I called them and told them where I would need to be picked up, they told me it was "a pain" for them...
