We maintain a casual environment while complying with the prescribed medical model for our field. You will be greeted by our Patient Coordinator, Lynne, who will assist you with your intake process. Your initial visit will be the start of a positive ongoing relationship aimed at a lifetime of quality hearing and understanding. Next you will meet your scheduled Hearing Specialist for an in depth pre-evalution interview. Our Hearing Instrument Specialists are trained to evaluate human hearing and identify possible ear related medical issues. We can make medical referrals when appropriate. We are here to assist you in finding a solution, not just a hearing aid. You should leave this inital visit armed with a clear understanding of your auditory system and hearing condition.
