Dr. Segarra has a diverse background working alongside other healthcare practitioners including medical doctors, physical therapists, acupuncturists and massage therapists. He enjoys working with your healthcare practitioner to achieve optimal results in Harrisburg since 2001. He is certified in treating extremity conditions and the soft tissue technique called Trigenics.
