Each individual is capable of making a dietary change and maintaining a healthy lifestyle, but there is a need for the right tools, reliable information and a compassionate motivation from a dietitian to achieve their nutritional goals. When I am not at work, I like to spend time with my family and friends. I also like to walk, garden, try new recipes, watch sports (soccer, football, baseball and basketball).
