After needing to pull aside and waiting about 15 mins for our order, the biscuits were crunch and too hard to bite into, also food was luke warm at best. Worst Hardee's experience we have ever had.

Service is absolutely terrible tried to tell the lady that gave me chicken tenders instead of fries she handed me the rest of my order is still didn't have the fries in it will never go here again...

What happened to your thick burgers? Today mine was charred and was as thin as a Burger King Whopper patty. The finished product should resemble the signage as posted on your menu board....
