A monthlong honeymoon in the South of France changed the lives of two former art teachers. Michael and Amy Helton started Hanover Park Vineyard in 1996, 20 minutes west of Winston-Salem, in the heart of the Yadkin Valley. The wines created have an old world feel and visitors enjoy relaxing on the front porch with a glass of Michael's Blend or Mourvedre which are only a couple of the wines available at the winery.

Love the ambiance in an old farmhouse with a happy ghost! Wine is delicious. I especially love Amy's red blend. Beautiful country side fabulous staff!
